1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the MoonTube Chrome Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Service.

2. Service Description & Subscriptions

MoonTube is a productivity software extension for YouTube creators. Features include Outlier Explorer, Comment Sentiment Miner, Competitor Channel Inspector, Content Studio, and Workspace Management.

• Free Trial: We offer a 15-day free trial with full feature access for all new accounts.
• Paid Subscriptions: Subscriptions are offered on monthly ($8.99/month) or annual ($59/year) terms via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Billing Portal.

3. Acceptable Use & YouTube Terms Compliance

You agree to use MoonTube in compliance with all applicable laws and YouTube's Terms of Service. You agree not to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer the extension binaries, or use the tool for malicious automated attacks.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and documentation related to MoonTube are the intellectual property of Moon Media and Inov8ing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee specific YouTube view counts, subscriber milestones, or revenue outcomes. In no event shall Moon Media or Inov8ing be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
